In practice, it couldn’t be simpler to access: ask your question, receive an answer.
Asking requires a clear mind and calm emotions, so that your question is clear and sincere. When the signal-to-noise ratio of your question is high, it is clearly heard and easily understood.
Receiving an answer requires patience and sensitivity in addition to calm and clarity.
Asking the same question repeatedly usually results in hearing nothing back. Or it could be that you found the answer not to your liking, thus missing it. To remedy this, do one of two things: either reformulate your question, or ask it another time, when you’re not expecting to receive the answer you like!
A question like, “When will I be successful?” is a poor one because it inevitably leads to more questions for further and better particulars: Successful at what? By what measure? What have you done to deserve it? What don’t you yet know how to do that might help you achieve success?
A clear question is also a genuine one that you need an answer for. This will elicit an equally clear answer. The process is simple:
