You might have already felt the tremors, as the clashing Water energy of the Pig in November continues to trigger the intense Yang Fire energy of the Horse.
Yang Fire, or Bing to students and practitioners, is the fire of the Sun. It is carried in the Horse as it rides across the world, and next year, Bing is also the Star that arrives to ride upon it, hence the Year of the Fire Horse.
Like, Blazing Saddles? Well, yes. Like the cult cowboy movie, next year will be a wild ride that carries more than a hint of grand ambitions. It will cut a swathe around the world and in our daily lives.
If you’re galloping after big dreams, you’ll be pleased to find out that the annual energy encourages such pursuits – if you know how. Lightbulbs may flash too bright and flashpoints of overheated desire will place a premium on cool heads and clear perception. Impulse control is one of the year’s themes.
